The Stokes County Opioid Prevention Program is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The LCSW will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, to individuals affected by opioid use disorder. The LCSW will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the overall goal of reducing opioid misuse and its related consequences in Stokes County.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current and valid LCSW License in the state of North Carolina. Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, preferably opioid use disorder. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and mental health care. Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with community partners. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in service delivery.
