Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Opportunity in California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth client assessments and evaluations.
• Apply effective behavioral intervention strategies.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions.
• Equip families with tools and support to foster growth.
• Use evidence-based methods to address diverse client needs.

Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• At least three years of clinical experience.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and other relevant software.
• Experience managing electronic health records.
