Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their remote clinical team. You’ll work with clients across New Jersey via video sessions, helping them manage relationship struggles, stress, and everyday mental health challenges in a structured, supportive way.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and identify key areas of focus.
• Develop and revise treatment plans as client needs change.
• Document all sessions, interventions, and progress in the EHR promptly.
• Offer skills-building, communication coaching, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Coordinate with other providers when additional supports are needed.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth or in outpatient settings.
• Comfortable using technology for sessions and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000.
• Full-time weekday schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
