Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a telehealth team serving clients across New Jersey. This role is focused on direct client care: you’ll meet with adults, teens, couples, and families over secure video, helping them navigate conflict, stress, and emotional health with structured, goal-based therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to a diverse caseload of individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions.
• Develop measurable treatment plans and review progress regularly with clients.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Use evidence-based practices that fit client needs and preferences.
• Offer referrals or collaborate with other professionals when needed.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth or in outpatient settings.
• Comfortable using technology for sessions and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000.
• Full-time weekday schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
