Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy and support to clients across Tennessee. Your day will focus on completing assessments, providing ongoing counseling, and helping clients navigate mood, trauma, stress, and life transitions. You’ll work from home using secure telehealth platforms while staying connected to a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth counseling sessions to a consistent caseload.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans.
• Offer practical support, coping strategies, and resource referrals to help clients reach their goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety planning according to established protocols.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical reviews.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• 1–2+ years of post-master’s clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or community mental health.
• Experience with telehealth or willingness to learn virtual care workflows.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.

• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime schedule.
• 2 weeks PTO.
