Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth support to individuals, couples, and families across New Jersey. Your day will be spent in session with clients, helping them work through relationship stress, anxiety, mood concerns, and life changes using practical, evidence-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Complete intake assessments and identify clinical needs and goals.
• Create and update treatment plans that are clear, realistic, and collaborative.
• Document sessions and treatment progress in the EHR within required timeframes.
• Offer coping skills, communication tools, and structured interventions tailored to each client.
• Coordinate with other providers or supports when clinically appropriate.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth or in outpatient settings.
• Comfortable using technology for sessions and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000.
• Full-time weekday schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
