Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to do consistent, meaningful clinical work from home. You’ll meet with clients via secure video, help them understand patterns in their relationships and daily life, and support them in building realistic, sustainable changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct structured intake sessions and gather relevant history.
• Create treatment plans that reflect client priorities and clinical needs.
• Keep clear, detailed, and timely documentation of each session and contact.
• Offer practical strategies for communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving.
• Participate in team meetings and required trainings as scheduled.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth or in outpatient settings.
• Comfortable using technology for sessions and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000.
• Full-time weekday schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
