We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that is looking for a partnership in a growing organization with a strong team-mentality working in an adolescent residential facility.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Monroe Township, NJ 08831

Compensation:  up to $93,600/yr (based on experience and employment type)

Sign-on/Start Bonus: $5,000.00

Position Summary:
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides for the care and management of the mental health needs of the patient population juvenile residential facility 

• The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services such as intake, crisis intervention, individual counseling and group counseling
• Acts as a member of the treatment team to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate patient care
• Prepares and regularly maintains progress notes and discharge summaries on patients
• The Licensed Clinical Social Worker facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient's treatment plan
• Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Sex offender experience required; correctional experience preferred and/or inpatient psychiatric treatment
• Master's degree in psychology, social Work, or counseling
• Must possess a current and unrestricted LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of New Jersey (NJ)
• An appropriate combination of education, training, course work and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Applicants must successfully pass the required criminal background check
