Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Clinical Supervisor

Twin County Recovery Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical supervision to social work staff.

This is a flexible position that may be structured as part-time or contracted, depending on the candidate's availability and the needs of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to social work staff


• Support clinical skill development, case conceptualization, documentation, boundaries, and ethical practice


• Provide consultation regarding complex client situations


• Maintain appropriate documentation of supervision


• Support staff in meeting professional, licensing, and agency expectations


• Communicate with agency leadership as needed regarding clinical or supervisory concerns

Qualifications

• Current New York State LCSW license in good standing


• Experience providing clinical supervision


• Strong clinical assessment and case consultation skills


• Experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred


• Familiarity with New York State professional requirements and standards of practice

Schedule

This is a part-time, flexible opportunity primarily focused on providing weekly clinical supervision. Hours may vary based on agency needs and the number of staff requiring supervision.

This may be an excellent opportunity for an experienced LCSW in private practice or another clinical position who is interested in adding clinical supervision hours to their schedule.

Compensation: Competitive hourly or contract rate based on experience and arrangement.
