Position Overview:
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Psychotherapist shall provide professional clinical supervision and consultation services to OCME Drug Intelligence and Intervention Group (DIIG) social work staff. The role focuses on strengthening clinical practice, supporting professional development, addressing secondary trauma, and ensuring high-quality grief support services for clients impacted by opioid overdose-related loss. Services are delivered through structured one-on-one clinical supervision sessions and collaborative consultation with OCME leadership.

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular 45-minute one-on-one clinical supervision sessions with DIIG social workers
Support supervises in development:
Clinical knowledge and counseling skills
Self-awareness and reflective practice
Individualized skill-building goals
Assist clinicians in processing work-related stress, vicarious trauma, and well-being concerns
Promote ethical, effective, and trauma-informed grief support practices
Identify learning needs and reinforce supervisee strengths
Provide consultation aligned with OCME program objectives
