Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our team! As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of therapists and assist with their patient caseload and treatment plans, as well as oversee your patients. In addition, you will be responsible for meeting with staff, addressing concerns, and assisting in the training and development of both existing and new staff members. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of patient care, caseload management, and AHCA Medicaid standards, as well as effective interpersonal skills to lead a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings with staff and assist with home visits
- Oversee the training and development of new and existing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff regarding scheduling, documentation, and treatment plans
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is desired
- Must be licensed in the State of Florida as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
- Must have a FL Medicaid Number and NPI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of AHCA Medicaid health care policies and regulations
- Demonstrable ability to manage others, including handling scheduling and problem-solving
