Licensed Clinician (OPT Program)

The Table Core Services Agency (TTCSA), a growing community mental health provider in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking several Licensed Clinical Therapists (LSW, LISW, LISW-S or LPC) to join our team. As a Licensed Clinician, you will work with clients in an outpatient setting as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Licensed Clinician Outpatient Program

BASIC FUNCTION:
Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy for selected outpatient clients. Committed to continued professional development and the acquisition of further knowledge/training as needed. Participate in training and research activities conducted by the program and are active in various facets of program development. 

LOCATION: Work with clients in the community, office, school or virtual settings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct individual, family and/or group psychotherapy with selected outpatients, including planning, preparation, and facilitation of group psychotherapy;

Provide case management services for families or individuals assigned to caseload, including arranging, coordinating, and monitoring the provision of a broad range of supportive services to families;

Formulate and implement individual and family treatment plans designed to support individual growth;

Work as a team with a staff of psychotherapists and psychiatrist for regular consultation, collaboration, including functioning as a member of the interdisciplinary team;

Provide appropriate feedback to consulting Psychiatrist, including documenting patient participation/progress.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline from an accredited graduate school; 


• Licensure in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related discipline (LICSW, Psychologist, LPC); 


• Experience in individual, group psychotherapy, and clinical case management; 


• Must have a current license in Ohio.
