Licensed Counselor or Therapist - Split Shift

We are looking for a CADC Counselor or Licensed Therapist to join our team! This position facilitates the substance use disorder recovery process for clients in a trauma informed care setting that promotes a strong team environment of support. The schedule for this position will be a split shift, which would include morning and evening hours. The salary range for this position is between $45,000-$55,000 annually. 

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Providing Joint Commission standards and New Jersey licensure criteria to all aspects of treatment and documentation.

-Conducting individual sessions, facilitating process groups, family sessions, and psychoeducational lectures.

-Demonstrating knowledge and application of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS.

-Working with the Clinical Director to assure guidance and support for clinical growth.

Qualifications

-Masters level clinical degree preferred

-Licensed as either a CADC, LCADC, LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC in New Jersey required

-Minimum of 3 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment preferred
