Murphy Electric, Inc. is hiring Licensed Electricians to support our continued growth across residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for professionals who take pride in clean work, strong code knowledge, and consistent execution in the field.

What You’ll Work On

Our electricians support a wide variety of work, including:

• Residential electrical (remodels, upgrades, and new construction)

• Commercial electrical (service and project-based work)

• Data & Communications systems
  

What This Role Requires

This is a hands-on role for a licensed electrician who can perform at a high level in real job-site conditions.

You should be able to:

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently
• Work independently when needed, and collaborate with a crew when required
• Follow NEC and local code standards without needing constant oversight
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Electrician certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• OSHA 10 or 20 Certificate (required)
• Strong electrical code knowledge
• Residential or commercial field experience
• Professional communication and reliable attendance

Preferred Experience

• Residential remodel and/or new construction

• Commercial electrical experience

• Data & Communications exposure
