  Competitive Compensation: Paid onboarding and training at $35/hour, with total annual compensation (including incentives) averaging $80,000 to $120,000+ / year.

  Balanced Schedule: Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evening or weekend shifts are 100% optional for those who want additional earning potential.

  Troubleshoot & Repair: Perform electrical diagnostics, repairs, service upgrades, and installations for residential and light commercial clients.

  Collaborate with Clients: Present clear, multi-option solutions using our customer-focused process so clients can select what works best for them.

  Utilize Field Tech: Manage work orders, inventory, and customer approvals using your company-issued iPad.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain Safety & Standards: Keep your assigned service van clean, organized, and properly stocked for daily service calls.

  
  


• 
  

  Code Compliance: Complete all work in strict compliance with local and national electrical codes.

  
  

• 
  

  Licensure: Active Residential Journeyman Electrical License or above (Residential Journeyman, Journeyman, or Master). Out-of-state candidates with transferable credentials are encouraged to apply!

  Experience: 4+ years of residential electrical experience with strong diagnostic and service skills (commercial experience is a plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Professional Mindset: A positive, proactive approach with strong communication skills and an appreciation for efficient systems.

  Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing.
