Licensed Electrician Manager

Talent Consultants is looking for a skilled Electrical Manager to join our client's team and oversee our client's electrical operations. This key role involves managing electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team of electricians and technical staff. As the Electrical Manager, you will develop project plans, monitor progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that electrical systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the electrical department, managing a team of electricians and technicians. Primarily for Residential with some Commercial opportunity.
• Develop and implement electrical project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial projects.
• Review and approve electrical designs, specifications, and schematics.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, communicating progress and any issues to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff to enhance performance and safety practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems with overall project goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or experience may substitute for education.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical management or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects successfully.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Relevant electrical credentials (e.g., PE License, NABCEP certification) are a plus.
• Must have GA Electrical License
