Job Description:
As an Experienced Life & Health Insurance Representative, you serve as the first touch point and go-to for both new and existing customers that are searching for insurance coverage. Your main duties will include, but not limited to the following: 
 

  1. Conducting thorough review of client's financial situation to identifying their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services. 

  2. Possess a deep understanding of Insurance and financial products, including life, health, & available investment options. 

  3. Develop leads, schedule appointments, and actively market services to potential & existing customers. 

  4. Provide guidance on financial planning, such as retirement planning, investment strategies, & risk management. 

  5. Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner. 

  6. Understand financial principles, investment options, & risk management strategies. 

  7. Ability to analyze client data, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate solutions when warranted.

Requirements:
 

  1. Must hold State Insurance Licensure  - (Preferably P&C, and Life & Health)

  2. Passionate about the role that insurance and financial services play in helping individuals manage the risks associated with everyday life. 

  3. Driven to meet and exceed quotas and Sales targets. 

  4. Organizational skills and proactive in problem solving 

  5. Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task

This position is with a State Farm independent Agent, (Not State Farm Insurance Companies). All employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
