Job Description:
As an Experienced Life & Health Insurance Representative, you serve as the first touch point and go-to for both new and existing customers that are searching for insurance coverage. Your main duties will include, but not limited to the following:
- Conducting thorough review of client's financial situation to identifying their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services.
- Possess a deep understanding of Insurance and financial products, including life, health, & available investment options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and actively market services to potential & existing customers.
- Provide guidance on financial planning, such as retirement planning, investment strategies, & risk management.
- Effectively communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Understand financial principles, investment options, & risk management strategies.
- Ability to analyze client data, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate solutions when warranted.

Requirements:
- Must hold State Insurance Licensure - (Preferably P&C, and Life & Health)
- Passionate about the role that insurance and financial services play in helping individuals manage the risks associated with everyday life.
- Driven to meet and exceed quotas and Sales targets.
- Organizational skills and proactive in problem solving
- Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task
