Licensed Health Aide (LHA) Daily Pay & Flexible Schedule

As a Licensed Health Aide (HHA) with NurseCore, you’ll bring comfort, care, and consistency to patients in their homes or care facilities. You’ll be the extra set of eyes and ears our nurses rely on, building trust with patients and keeping the care team informed every step of the way.

You’ll provide essential, hands-on support while ensuring each patient is treated with dignity and compassion — all while staying in compliance with industry standards and NurseCore’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates the safety of the delivery of care in the home environment in adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and policies
• Provides care in compliance with the assigned care plan and RN delegation
• Recognizes changes in the patient’s condition and communicates with the RN supervisor
• Provides total or assisted personal care, assistance with meals, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and companion services
• Practices safety and universal precautions, infection control and uses appropriate protective equipment to protect patients and self
• Attends/ completes all assigned in-services and trainings
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:­

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
• Fingerprint Card for Arizona
• Article 9 certification a bonus!
• One-year, full-time, supervised experience within last three (3) years as a licensed health aide or per the State / Office requirements below
• Documentation of qualification as a Home Health Aide within the relevant state and per federal regulations, if applicable. See State / Office specific requirements below
