Licensed Home Health Aide $16 to $18 an hour

We are currently seeking 5 Licensed Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, quality care to our clients in their homes. If you are a dedicated caregiver with a passion for helping others maintain independence and improve their quality of life, we want to hear from you!

Position: Licensed Home Health Aide
Location: Lake County, Indiana
Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00
Shifts: Flexible options including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, ranging from companion care to assisting bedridden clients—bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting.


• Support with daily tasks like feeding, meal prep, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation, outdoor activities, and shopping.


• Aid clients with mobility as per the plan of care, and document any observed changes for the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Home Health Aide certification.


• At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience.


• CPR certification.


• Ability to obtain TB skin test or chest X-ray.


• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.


• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
