We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing MEP service organizations in Texas as they expand their footprint with a new Austin-area location. This is an opportunity for an experienced HVAC Technician to get in early, help establish the market, and grow alongside an established, privately held, family-owned company.

This is not a startup company, it’s a new location backed by an established Texas organization with successful operations in multiple markets. The company has invested in a new facility near the Round Rock/Georgetown area and is building the Austin operation to offer the same full-service capabilities as its other locations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, service, and construction.

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC professional who can step in and hit the ground running. You’ll report to the Service Manager and support a mix of residential and commercial customers throughout Austin and the surrounding Central Texas market. The company services, repairs, maintains, and installs a broad range of HVAC equipment and major brands.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems


• Perform HVAC installations and replacements as needed


• Support both residential and commercial customers


• Work with a variety of heating and cooling equipment, including central AC systems, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment


• Work independently in the field while staying connected with the service team


• Travel throughout Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, and surrounding Central Texas areas


• Communicate professionally with customers and provide a high level of service


• Participate in an on-call rotation; availability is required, although actual after-hours calls are typically infrequent


• Support the continued growth of the Austin operation as its service and construction divisions expand

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced HVAC Service Technician with at least 5 years of relevant field experience preferred


• Appropriate Texas HVAC credentials/certifications for the work being performed


• EPA certification strongly preferred


• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities


• Experience with service, repair, maintenance, and installation


• Residential and commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred


• Comfortable working across major makes and models of HVAC equipment


• Able to work independently and confidently manage service calls


• Strong customer-facing communication and professionalism


• Clean driving record and ability to safely operate a company vehicle


• Willing and able to travel throughout the Austin/Central Texas service area daily


• Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to contribute immediately
