We are seeking a dedicated sales mentality person with a customer service attitude. This is a rewarding position with competitive pay that is both hourly and high commission potential with an opportunity for annual bonus payouts. This sales position focuses on selling Auto, Home and Life insurance policies. Responsibilities will include heavy phone sales, telemarketing and servicing within our existing book as well as actively developing new business. Massive opportunities to cross sell current clients that have been with us for over 30 years.

We are seeking energetic; self-motivated accomplished sales professionals with a passion for the business.

Qualification:

Bilingual Communication skills *(English and Spanish)

*Sales Experience

*Self Motivated

* Personal Lines and Life License (Preferred not required)

*Strong Customer Service and organizational skills

*Ability to overcome objections

*Willing to "ask for the sale" and provide solutions

*Able to handle constructive criticism
