We are a Friendly, Family-owned, Full Service Insurance Agency in MidCity Baton Rouge, LA. We have been in business for 40 years and we are looking to for energetic agents to join our team. This role is for a licensed insurance agent or someone willing to get licensed within 3 months. Spanish-speaking is a major plus!

Job responsibilities:

Selling insurance policies to individuals

Helping clients understand their options and explaining coverage details

Assisting with claims when necessary

Analyzing the risks and insurance needs of clients

Advising clients on policy options and helping them choose the best insurance policies to meet their unique needs

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.
