Licensed Insurance Agent

GoldenTrust Insurance, Inc. is seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing Florida team. The ideal candidate will help clients select the right auto, home, health, life, and commercial insurance coverage to meet their individual needs. You will work with our trusted carrier partners, educate clients on policy options, and build long-term relationships through transparent and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Identify client insurance needs and present suitable coverage options.
• Prepare and deliver accurate insurance quotes using company systems.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy renewals.
• Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure policy accuracy.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Provide prompt, professional assistance to existing clients with policy updates and claims inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on insurance products and industry regulations.

• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License (required).
• Proven experience in personal or commercial insurance sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software (CRM, quoting systems, email).
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
