Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Foley, AL. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, community-minded, and motivated to help clients find the best coverage for their needs. This position requires local engagement and the willingness to attend community events and networking functions to promote SSIA and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on personal and commercial insurance products


• Provide accurate, timely quotes and assist with the onboarding of new policies


• Build long-term relationships through excellent service and follow-up


• Attend local community and networking events to represent the agency


• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and agency standards


• Collaborate with agency support staff and leadership to ensure seamless service

Required Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life & Health license a plus)


• Prior experience in insurance sales or account service preferred


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills


• Comfortable with technology, digital tools, and quoting platforms


• Willingness to participate in community outreach and local networking events


• Must work full-time from our Foley, AL office
