Description

• Handle inbound calls from existing clients regarding Medicare, Life, and ancillary insurance policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and processing policy updates.
• Proactively identify gaps in coverage and recommend Medicare Advantage, Life, and supplemental insurance products.
• Conduct outbound outreach campaigns to review coverage and confirm clients have the best available rates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through education, service, and follow-up.
• Accurately update client records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates in a supportive, fast-paced office environment.

• Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License (or equivalent).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Reliable transportation to our Tampa office.

• 1+ year of experience in Medicare, Life Insurance, or customer care.
• Confidence in recommending additional insurance products and closing opportunities.

• Earning Potential: Base pay + commission + monthly bonuses. Average annual income $55,000 – $85,000+.
