The Vackner Agency—one of the top Allstate agencies in the country—is hiring a licensed Customer Service/Sales Representative for a hybrid role IN OUR BABYLON OFFICE. This is a great opportunity to grow with a supportive, high-performing team while helping clients protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do:

Assist current customers with policy changes, billing, and coverage questions

Quote and sell new auto, home, renters, condo, and umbrella policies

Follow up on leads, close sales, and build referral relationships

Meet monthly goals for production and customer retention

Network with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and community partners

Deliver excellent service and a great customer experience

What You Get:

$55K–$70K+ (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

What You Need:

Active NY P&C license required

Prior insurance experience preferred

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
