Pay: $20/hr + Weekly Bonus and Commission

As part of our team, you’ll serve as a trusted guide—educating clients, simplifying complex options, and ensuring they find the right health insurance solutions tailored to their needs
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through various channels including telemarketing, outside sales, and retail sales to promote insurance products.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, to ensure all practices adhere to legal standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Skills
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as telemarketing, outside sales, or retail sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
