Join the Saleem & Dearing Agency – a trusted Allstate agency proudly serving Tonawanda, Buffalo, Amherst, and all of WNY for over 30 years. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Licensed Sales Professional who thrives on helping others, building relationships, and achieving sales success.

What You’ll Do:

Actively prospect, quote, and close new auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

Build strong customer relationships and identify coverage gaps or upsell opportunities

Follow up with leads generated through marketing and referral sources

Maintain knowledge of Allstate products and underwriting guidelines

Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Deliver a positive customer experience that builds loyalty and retention

What We’re Looking For:

NYS Property & Casualty License required (Life License a plus)

Proven experience in insurance sales or similar sales roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and grow within the agency

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and quoting tools

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
