This position is for applicants with a CURRENT P&C INSURANCE LICENSE

Our insurance agency in Portland, Oregon is looking for LICENSED talent to join our team! We are a tight-knit office with a non-corporate, family business feel. We earn great reviews from happy customers so a talkative pro who creates referrals will fit right in.

Position Requirements:

Must possess current insurance license (P&C minimum) AND insurance agency experience

Familiarity with sales tactics, talk paths, overcoming objections, closing methods

Quick learner, fast thinker, persuasive, coachable, creative communicator, fearless phone dialer

Enthusiasm and genuine belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives

Position Responsibilities:

Establish trust with prospects, maintain ongoing customer relationships

Reach daily, weekly, monthly goals for sales/quotes/dials/talktime

Provide accurate, helpful, compelling guidance about key insurance products and suitable coverages

Follow agency best practices, corporate requirements, and state law.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.
