Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls efficiently, answering queries and providing assistance.
Policy Tailoring: Develop and propose insurance plans that align with clients' specific needs.
Cross-selling Opportunities: Identify chances to expand client portfolios by suggesting additional coverage.
Building Relationships: Cultivate long-term client connections to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to deliver informed recommendations.
Licensing: Active Insurance License applicable to Michigan state requirements.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
