This leadership role combines technical excellence with team management, offering the opportunity to oversee multiple field crews while working on diverse projects from boundary surveys to major transportation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple field survey crews and operations
• Perform complex survey calculations and prepare legal descriptions
• Oversee ALTA/NSPS, boundary, and topographic surveys
• Manage project budgets, billing, and client relationships
• Ensure quality control and assurance across all projects
• Develop business opportunities and represent the company with clients
• Mentor team members through continuous performance management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional Registered Land Surveyor license (Required)
• 10+ years of comprehensive surveying experience
• Proficiency in Inroads/Microstation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local surveying regulations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
