Job Description - Licensed Land Surveyor

DIRECT HIRE: Seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a growing engineering company in Ridley Township.

Salary: $120-150K annually based on experience
Schedule: M-F, 8 am to 5 pm (flexible) - Summer months 4-day work week (4-10 hours M-T)

Job Responsibilities for Professional Land Surveyor:

Accurately measuring and mapping boundaries
Preparing legal descriptions and plats
Ensuring compliance with regulations
Using specialized equipment and technologies
Work in a team or as an individual under multiple project deadlines

Qualifications for Professional Land Surveyor:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
Active PA Land surveyor license
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (not essential)
