A leading engineering and surveying firm is seeking an experienced Licensed Land Surveyor to join our team in Warrington, Pennsylvania. This senior-level position offers the opportunity to lead diverse survey projects while managing and mentoring a skilled technical team.

Position Overview

As Senior Licensed Land Surveyor, you will oversee complex survey projects, including ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary determinations, topographic mapping, and construction layout. You'll collaborate with clients, manage field crews, and ensure delivery of high-quality surveying services.

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multiple survey projects from inception to completion
• Supervise field crews and office technicians in data collection and plan preparation
• Perform boundary analysis and legal description preparation
• Execute quality control reviews of survey documents and calculations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Mentor junior surveyors and technical staff
• Utilize latest surveying technology and AutoCAD Civil 3D for project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PA PLS) license
• 5+ years of progressive survey project management experience
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and surveying software
• Strong understanding of boundary law and survey principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• New Jersey PLS license preferred
