What you will be doing:

• Assist with all aspects of the Survey Department.


• Produce survey-related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.


• Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, utility and roadway projects, and construction stakeout.


• Ensure quality control of survey plans and documents.


• Perform various calculations to support field personnel.


• Meet regularly with clients to ensure projects are performed on budget and on schedule.


• Review title reports for compliance.


• Identify problems and provide solutions.


• Train field crews, technicians, and support staff.


• Be involved in every aspect of plan preparation and production.

Experience you will need:

• 5 plus years of survey experience in survey project management.


• Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D.


• PA PLS license required; NJ PLS license preferred.


• Strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Goal-oriented and highly organized.
