As a Licensed Land Surveyor - Survey/SUE Project Manager, you'll lead surveying operations, mentor technical staff, and drive project success while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor surveying teams and technicians
• Coordinate with engineering, right-of-way, and utility coordination personnel
• Determine project scope, objectives, and resource allocation
• Research and analyze survey evidence, maps, deeds, and historical records
• Prepare comprehensive survey proposals and documentation
• Represent the organization in client meetings and technical conferences
• Develop and implement surveying methods and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local surveying regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional Registered Land Surveyor license (Required)
• 12+ years of progressive surveying experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of surveying regulations and standards
• Experience with subsurface utility engineering (SUE)
• Proficiency in surveying software and equipment
• Leadership and project management capabilities
