Overview of the Role:
Join our client's dynamic team as a Licensed Land Surveyor and Survey/SUE Project Manager, where you'll lead critical surveying operations that shape infrastructure development. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to manage complex projects while mentoring the next generation of surveying professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct surveying operations for construction, mapping, and utility projects
• Supervise surveying staff and technicians while promoting safe work practices
• Coordinate with engineering, right-of-way, and utility coordination teams
• Research survey evidence, maps, deeds, and historical records
• Prepare survey proposals and manage project budgets
• Represent the organization in client meetings and industry conferences
• Develop surveying methods, procedures, and quality standards
• Train and mentor junior staff members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of professional surveying experience
• Professional Registered Land Surveyor license (required)
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local surveying regulations
• Proficiency in mathematical concepts including geometry and trigonometry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management and team leadership experience
• Ability to work in both office and field environments
