📞 Job Description – Life Insurance Sales Agent (Call Center)

We are seeking motivated Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our Southfield, MI call center team. As an insurance sales agent, you will:

• Work with inbound live transfer leads (no outbound prospecting or cold calls)

• Sell life insurance policies to seniors ages 50–85 over the phone

• Deliver excellent customer service support

• Follow proven insurance sales scripts and training programs

• Build lasting client relationships while hitting personal and team sales goals

✅ Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License (required) – company may help strong candidates with licensing

• Previous sales experience (insurance sales, call center sales, or bartending experience a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn

• Must be able to work on-site at our Southfield, MI call center
