Location: Richmond, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $81,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Job Summary:
The Clinical Therapist will deliver focused, short-term therapy to adults presenting with mild to moderate mental health challenges. This role is embedded in a primary care clinic and emphasizes collaboration, timely access to care, and patient-centered treatment approaches.

Essential Functions:

• Implement structured therapy models to help patients meet treatment goals.
• Perform mental health screenings and refer for further care when needed.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff and case managers.
• Participate in care planning and staff meetings.
• Facilitate wellness groups on emotional and physical health topics.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with clinical guidelines.

• Master’s in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (APA-accredited).
• Licensed in California (LCSW, Psychologist) or registered ASW/AMFT (clinical supervision available).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy to diverse or underserved populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in integrated care or community mental health settings.
• Trauma-informed care training.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Familiarity with EPIC.
