In partnership with Telos Health Systems, we are currently hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).

This is an ideal position for therapists looking for flexible scheduling, autonomy, and high compensationwith no billing or insurance admin tasks required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and initial mental health evaluations

• Provide follow-up psychotherapy to residents in SNFs and ALFs

• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with facility staff and Directors of Mental Health

• Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination when needed

Qualifications

• Active LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist license

• Masters or Doctoral degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology

• Experience working in behavioral health or long-term care preferred

• Ability to work independently with remote support

• Strong documentation and communication skills
