Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) ISUDT
Location: Delano, California
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6-9 months, with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $67.00 - $69.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to provide behavioral health support as part of the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) program in a secure clinical environment in Delano, CA. This full-time contract role offers a competitive pay rate, weekly direct deposit, and the potential for temp-to-perm transition into a state role with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide brief counseling, individual therapy, and group sessions
• Deliver services specific to the ISUDT program and support coordinated care planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Facilitate transitional care by connecting patients to community services and resources upon release
• Evaluate patients using biopsychosocial assessments, marriage and family systems, and goal-oriented therapy models
• Contribute to and document solution-focused treatment and care plans
• Track and evaluate patient progress, coordinate discharges, and participate in rehabilitative planning
• Attend required case conferences, clinical trainings, team meetings, and other assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 12 continuous months providing direct patient care in the last 3 years
• Licensure: Valid California MFT license issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (hard copy required)
• Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Identification: Valid photo ID, Drivers License, or Passport
