Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (6-9 months, with potential for extension)
Pay Range: $67.00 - $69.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to support the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) program in a secure clinical setting in Ione, CA. This full-time contract offers competitive pay, consistent hours, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent state position with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and deliver individual, group, and brief counseling sessions
• Provide services aligned with ISUDT standards for substance use and behavioral health treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for treatment planning, care coordination, and patient support
• Facilitate transitional care planning to connect patients with community-based resources upon release
• Assess and treat patients through the lens of family systems and biopsychosocial models with solution-focused goals
• Contribute to and document individualized care plans and treatment objectives
• Monitor patient progress, coordinate discharges and transfers, and support rehabilitation efforts
• Attend all assigned case conferences, meetings, trainings, and clinical committees

Required Qualifications

• Experience: At least 12 continuous months of direct patient care within the last 3 years
• Licensure: Active California MFT license issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (hard copy required)
• Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Identification: Valid Photo ID, Drivers License, or Passport
