LMFT – Structured Outpatient Role in Maryland

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a full-time LMFT for an outpatient setting that values clinical excellence and consistency. This role is well-suited for therapists who want a dependable schedule, a collaborative atmosphere, and the ability to focus on client care without administrative overload. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable and coordinated clinical team.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$100,000 – $110,000 annually

Duties Include:

• Conduct assessments and formulate treatment strategies
• Provide therapy for families, couples, and individuals
• Adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential documentation
• Participate in team meetings and professional development

• Licensed as an LMFT in Maryland
• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Experience with evidence-based practices
• Strong communication and planning skills
