Position: Full-Time LMFT
Location: Washington
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000/year + benefits

We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. This is a full-time role where you’ll offer structured therapy sessions focused on behavioral health and emotional well-being.

Duties:

• Facilitate sessions that encourage open dialogue and emotional growth
• Tailor interventions based on client needs and treatment goals
• Promote healthy communication strategies within relationships
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards
• Work collaboratively with internal care teams

• LMFT license in Washington (required)
• Master’s degree in MFT or related discipline
• Strong grasp of various therapeutic modalities
• Detail-oriented with effective time management
• Previous clinical experience preferred (2+ years)
