Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with a clinical team to provide holistic support

• Active LMFT license in the state of Washington (required)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for helping clients heal and thrive
