Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Are you an experienced LMFT committed to helping individuals, couples, and families thrive? We are seeking licensed therapists in Tennessee to join a growing behavioral health team focused on delivering impactful, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families
• Perform assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care

• Active LMFT license in the state of Tennessee
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
