Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
• Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in care

• Active LMFT license in Maryland
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in therapy settings preferred, but new licensees are welcome to apply
