We are looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our growing behavioral health team in California. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality mental health services and helping individuals achieve emotional well-being and personal growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.

• Active LPCC license in the state of California.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in clinical mental health counseling.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
