Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits 

Are you a licensed LMFT committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families? We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our supportive and client-focused team in California.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Create personalized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and goals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in regular case consultations and continuing education opportunities

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in California
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, ethical, and committed to client-centered care
• Experience with telehealth platforms (if applicable)
