Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Are you a licensed LMFT who loves supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey to healing and growth? We are seeking a motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our growing practice in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Complete thorough assessments and create client-centered treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in case consultations and professional development opportunities

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license in Maryland
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
