Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional, relational, or psychological challenges
• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical guidelines
• Participate in team consultations, case reviews, and professional development
• Support clients through life transitions, trauma recovery, communication challenges, and more

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of New York
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Clinical experience in a therapy setting preferred
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
